Where can I see my past order.

In order to see your past order, one needs to register first. All of our registered buyers can see all their past orders after registration in the “My Account” section.

If you checked out as a guest, you can still see your past order by providing the order number and e-mail address used during check out. In order to see it please visit “Track your order” page.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Unique Shopping Square?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery credit cards thru PayPal payment system, either on site or off site (at PayPal site).

Don't have a PayPal account and I want to pay by my Credit Card or Debit Card. Can I do it?

You can pay your order by your Credit Card / Debit Card in our check out page. You do not have to have a PayPal account.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice by e-mail, after you place your order successfully. If you are a registered user, you can also download your invoices at my account page.

Shipment Related
How long will delivery take?

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we pack and ship it within 1-2 business day.

We use UPS or USPS for shippings. It takes 2-5 business days for orders.

All shipments will have a tracking code and that will be forwarded to you by e-mail as soon as an order is shipped.

Local deliveries can take 1-5 days depending on delivery routes and schedules. However, rush local deliveries can be arrange if necessary.

I have received a tracking code from Unique Shopping Square for my shipment. However, carrier could not located my shipment with this tracking code!

If you have just received the tracking code, it might take 3-6 hours for the carrier’s system to upload the data for tracking. You are kindly requested to check back later on. If it does not show up within 24 hours please let us know, so we will follow up on the shipment.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately, we can not ship orders to PO Box addresses.

Responsibilities of the buyers

Responsibilities of buyer:
– Please make sure that contact information and delivery address are correct as well as address not vacant.
– Please act on time to any delivery notices left by the local postal service.

Once an item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, damages and/or delays caused by the postal services. In case of loss, damage or delay, the buyer must deal directly with their local services by using the Tracking Number provided after the shipping.

Do you ship out of USA? What is your international shipping policy?

International shipping of some products are restricted. Therefore, if you want to purchase our products and ship outside of USA, please get in touch with us. When you send us your message, please include the item(s) name, quantity and destination address. One of our representative will get in touch with you with a price quotation as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

All new merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please get in touch with us before sending the merchandise. All costs and responsibility related to return of the merchandise are buyer’s responsibility. Any returned item that is not in original condition will not be refunded and can be send back to the buyer after shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

Please get in touch with us before returning an item via our Contact page. There will be no refund for items send back without getting a written confirmation from us.
